Beware of Dog

Not a half block away, I saw a woman leave her car and walk the smallest dog I’ve ever seen. Again, as if the universe wanted to prove my "the smaller the dog, the louder the bark" theory… these two show up. I think that, were it not for the leash, this little guy would have ravaged Chicago and started his conquest of the world.
