I happened to see this on North Avenue on the walk back. Someone nearby is doing this, since I’ve seen a ton of them in the area. Wish I knew who it was. :)
Spotted another one, a few feet away. I really like these things – they’re unexpected, and I walk away with a big smile on my face.
I found one near my workplace almost a year ago, and another one near my train stop shortly thereafter.
