It’s not for a lack of your selling the event, believe you me. In fact, up until yesterday, I had plans on attending. You had me convinced.

But tonight, I ended up getting selfish and wanting to focus on my own writing. So ran home and listened to myself instead of Dybek.

I’m sorry I didn’t make it, but I hope the reading was a blast. Please don’t take my absence this evening as a sign of disinterest. I like getting your emails. :)
