Email Problems

Apparently, my IP address got placed on some spam list. Nothing that I send makes it out, so I’m basically without email. I can still receive no problem – just no sending.

I’m not sure why I was placed on this list to begin with. I’ve got Norton AV on this thing, and run AdAware and SpyBot on a fairly regular basis. I’ve also got ZoneAlarm’s free firewall.

I requested to be removed from the Spam list, which is an automated process… so all should be well soon. However, if my machine has somehow been compromised, that means I’ll probably be back on that list in short order.

I’ve been scanning for the past hour, and don’t seem to be finding anything. Not sure what’s up with this. But if I haven’t been a good correspondent lately… this is why. I can’t send anything for the time being.
