Slow Day

I didn’t really do all that much today. Lazed around. Did some laundry. Cleaned up the apartment a bit.

I did end up talking with Matt a bit, which was immensely helpful. I feel like I’m slowly able to (and wanting to) talk with other people about how I feel.
