Justin, Chris and I ended up going to Monk’s for lunch. En route, I spotted something I’ve been wanting to photograph for close to two years now.
On the walk to lunch, sunlight fell in such a way as to form this spotlight on one of the trees planted near the river walkway. I’ve noticed this effect every once in a long while, if the time and my angle of view happen to coincide.
Most people have separate heart and love lines on their palms. Felix has one big line that spans the width of his entire right palm. He's told that this is "lucky."
As a kid, Felix starred in a television commercial for a toy called "Linkits." He's never seen the toy beyond that day, but can still hear the theme song in his head.
On July 13th, 2002, Felix nearly killed himself when he put a Tombstone pizza in the oven and then promptly fell asleep on the couch for the remainder of the night. He almost won a Darwin Award.
