Partly due to our meeting yesterday and partly due to it just being the start of busy season in the radio industry… today was sort of a work day. I tried focusing some this afternoon, but failed miserably. Puttered around, but couldn’t really focus on work work.
Got a call from Justin, and he and Dave and I went to go see Sin City around 4PM. I’m a big fan of Rodrigeuz, but I guess I wasn’t ready for the noir-esque dialogue in this movie. A part of me really wished I had read the comic, prior to seeing the film. Still though – I’m glad I got a chance to catch it in the theatres. I’ve heard so many people rave about it, I’m happy I saw it on the big screen.
Got back home around 7PM. Walked over to Filter for a coffee, then came home and sat down to work. Got a few hours into things, and made some decent progress.
I had hoped to get the bulk of things completed today, but the energy simply wasn’t there. I guess tomorrow’s the big cranking day.
