Dear Rick,

My co-workers and I are simply ogling at the HUGE snowflakes (clumps of snowflakes?) that are falling right now downtown!

What are the conditions that cause this? My guess would be that it’s going through some warmer air so that the flakes start to stick together?

We’re dying to know!
