Lunch at Artisan: The Carlos Santuna

This morning, as we were getting our coffee, Ben spotted a new sandwich on the menu at Artisan: the Carlos Santuna.

Wasabi Mayonnaise? I’m sold right there!

The sandwich ended up being quite delicious (I also got a bit of swiss cheese to go along with it). As I watched the sandwich being prepared, I was reminded of Trent and the Cadillac of Bolognas.

Artisan is a great place, whether you’re looking for coffee, wine, cheese, or a tasty lunch. If you’re ever near the Merchandise Mart, definitely stop in.
