No Way! I like that song too!

I meant to mention this on Friday. Somehow (I have no idea how it came up), Chris and I both discovered that we’re fans of Andrea Bocelli. More than that, we both discovered a mutual fascination for one of his songs: Con Te Partiro (or rather, the English version done as a duet entitled “Time to Say Good-Bye”).

I got all excited and showed him the blog post I made, over three years ago, about this very song. Looking back, I’m amazed I was so worried about copyright and posting that snippet of an .mp3.

Chris makes the second person I’ve known who has voiced a deep affinity for this song. My friend Melissa also used this very song in a project she made a few years back.

I’m listening to this song as I type this. The part where he comes in with his voice is absolutely amazing. This man’s voice… I’m telling you. Damn. One of these days I need to post that track in the audioplayer. Because if you haven’t heard him sing, you’re totally missing out.
