Liz was heading out to see V for Vendetta tonight with some friends. She asked if I wanted to go as well, but I felt like I would be intruding… so I ended up declining.
I get a call maybe 10 minutes after the movie was to start. As it turns out, her friends decided to cancel and so the two of us made plans to go grab a drink.
And since we were closer to my neck of the woods, we ended up going to Rodan. We had a fun time talking about Peanut Butter Jelly sandwiches and Halloween costumes, among other things.
Next thing we knew, it was way late. Serendipitous evening, though I’m going to be hurting in the morning trying to wake up.
