Holy crap – this was a crazy, amazing movie.
I’ve heard nothing but good things about Oldboy. First, from Chelsea, and then from both Justin and Jamie (as you may recall).
Finally, after having seen it – damn. Simply amazing. There were two parts during the film that were way too graphic/gross for me, in terms of visuals/violence, but barring those moments where I had to turn away… this film was stunning. I was blown away.
Highly recommended. Check out the trailer if you want to get a sense of what the film is about. I don’t want to give too much away, but the premise itself should be enough to draw you in.
