Tonight we had our group holiday dinner at Frontera Grill, the restaurant run by chef Rick Bayless). I’ve watched his cooking show on PBS a lot, ever since moving to Chicago… and it was great to finally have a meal at one of his restaurants.

Felix has given the Heimlich Manuever not once... but twice, to two different people. He's happy to report that both attempts were successful.
Felix has perfect pitch. If you play a note, he can guess what it is with a pretty decent degree of accuracy. He attributes this skill to learning music at an early age.
