I put this guy together last night, and today Liz and I re-arranged her bookshelves in the dining room to make way for this monster. We then proceeded to move all my books from the office, and put them out here (just barely had enough room).
It sucks, but one of Liz’s bookshelves somehow adhered to the wall, and pulled off a chunk of paint. Well, several layers of paint would be more accurate.
Looks like we’ll need to do some touch-up work. That, or buy some really really tall books to go in that slot.
Oooh, it looks so neat and orderly. Just wait until you have a 1 year old and suddenly have to move the bottom two rows of books up to the top three… (I have the same bookshelf).
