Ever since the table arrived, there’s been no shortage of games and competition in the office. As evidenced by things like the Lord and Master Stein™ and the Put the Ball in the Stein game… we’re a competitive crew.
Add an incentive like a sweet ping-pong trophy, and it gets even more competitive. Below, I took video of my match with Kashif. I was pretty nervous, as he’s a tough player, and I had only won maybe one or two games ever, playing him.
Unfortunately, I lost my match. Kashif got me two out of three. I kept pretty close when we were in the single digits, but after that he kept pulling ahead.
Ah well. Though I lost, I get a second chance at redemption as this is a double-elimination tourney. I got bumped down to the loser bracket, and with luck on my side… I’ll claw my way back to a shot at the title.
