For the Office Potluck a few days ago, Sean had brought along a plum pudding to share. Apparently, the process involved a bit of brandy that was heated up, and the resulting flame would be poured over the pudding.
We never got around to the dessert, so Sean decided to serve it up today during lunch.
We all got a bit of the pudding, with a dollop of ice cream and some vanilla custard. This is by far the best light-it-on-fire dessert I’ve ever had.
