At first I thought he was actually uncorking the bottle like that, and was like “whaaaaa…? but how?!” Then I watched again and realized what he was doing. So I tried this just a moment ago, and lo and behold, the foil slid right off! In all my wine-loving years, I never knew about this! Cool!
