My (soon to be) bro-in-law Darryl just launched a blog yesterday, entitled Souls Without Bodies. The title comes from a C.S. Lewis quotation: “You don’t have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.”
Recently, Darryl was given a position at Bethel Church as Director of Connections. This was a fitting thing, as he’s an incredibly warm and personable guy… and someone who I think is endlessly fascinated with finding out new information, and the connections therein.
Though his blog just launched, it looks like he’s planning on covering diverse topics such as ministry, pop culture, and world news. And I’m guessing there’s going to be a lot of sports covered as well.
Darryl’s someone I always enjoy talking with, as the topics tend to be varied and interesting. The very first time I met Darryl, he and I got into a discussion about Wikipedia and novel writing, and ended up standing in Liz’s kitchen for like an hour and a half just gabbing away.
