Late yesterday morning, I noticed that I made my first official Amazon sale!. Based on my review, somebody out there bought a copy of David Foster Wallace’s A Supposedly Fun Thing I’ll Never Do Again.
Woohoo!
While the title of this post is pretty flippant, seeing an actual sale was pretty damn exciting. While I don’t expect to break the bank on things, seeing money tied to the words I’m clicking out is a pretty fantastic thing, no matter the amount.
So far, I’ve found the review process pretty enjoyable. It’s been more than just a linkdump, and I’m hoping to continue to review/share books I love… and to use the review format as a means for me to motivate myself, and to continue reading new books.
