After my bachelor party this weekend, I came home to find I had been dinged by mosquitoes. I knew I had been bitten a few times, but more bites seemed to appear a day or two afterwards.
Liz and I tried to count every bite, and we lost track somewhere around 45.

I have 11 – 12 bites on my right elbow area, alone. Insert joke about Chinese food and always feeling hungry here.
I now spend most of my time dreaming about sandpaper.

224. Linda can vouch for it. Calamine lotion helps.
Ugh, the same thing happens to me when I go camping every year. I feel your pain, or itch, as it were. My dad used to always tell me that mosquitoes liked my “sweet Indian blood.” Sadly, I believed that lie until my late teens.
Alex, you have 224 mosquito bites? Good LORD, man. I thought my number was bad – are they all over, or just near your feet?Thankfully, my itching has subsided. It’s more tolerable now, but I can only imagine what Monday or Tuesday was like for you.
Monday night was a misery. I am now very familiar with all of the remedies. Calamine works best. Yes, at least 200 of those was my feet: an exposed part of the body that I neglected to douse with OFF.
