Rather than pick my favorite submission, I decided to make the selection process random. So out of the nine entrants, we have actually 10 entries (Anthony got two). Here’s a little video of the selection process:
I don’t want to spoil the suspense by pasting in the winner’s name here, so I’ve tucked it in the comments.
I like the idea of doing more of this stuff, as I’m sure I’ll unearth more things I don’t want to keep… but that other folks might want. The challenge, I think, is in coming up with “entry rules” that would work within the comment structure. Haiku contests would eventually get pretty repetitive and dull, I think.

I may try to give some more stuff away in the near future, yes. Depends on what I decide to pack and what I decide I no longer want. Sadly, this is probably the only action figure I have, Jon. All my really good action figures are at my parents’ house, and I’m definitely *never* giving those away!
