Logos for Chicago Neighborhoods

The Chicago Neighborhoods is a design project by Steve Shanabruch where he’s looking to create a logo for each of Chicago’s 77 neighborhoods.

Having grown up in the area (Beverly to be precise), Shanabruch admits that his logos are subjective, and that his experiences with a given location will differ from a longtime resident’s.

A fun project to tackle, particularly for those of you familiar with Chicago’s hoods. Since I’m a resident of Logan Square, I’m happy to see the Illinois Centennial Monument incorporated into the Logan Square logo.
