Cinco De Mayo
Liz and Steph had a party tonight, plans being to hang out in the back yard and celebrate cinco de mayo. Which we did. By drinking margaritas. Constantly. The whole week, Steph and I were joking about the weather and worrying it would rain the day of the party. This is a shot of the skyline that I found interesting….
My Soundtrack
I got this portable mp3 player from Anthony, – it’s small, fits neatly, and plays pretty well. The downside is that it only holds up to 68MB of info, but for someone like me… this thing is ideal. I’m not really looking to carry my whole music collection with me; I’m more into the compulsive playing of select songs, repeatedly….

RIP
The one down note from today – one of Justin’s drives just up and checked out. He spent all of today trying to recover data, with no success. The kicker was, not five minutes prior to this happening, we were having an informal group discussion on what steps we would be takingto set up an automated backup process for ourselves….
Nicknames
For some reason, Justin decided at work today to call me “Ribs.” Out of nowhere. We were just talking shop, and he decides he wants togive me a nickname, and that nickname is “Ribs.” Before I know it, everyone else is chiming in on how they think it’s a great name, and every fucking person in the room startscalling me…
Dave’s Birthday: Warmup
Today is officially Dave’s birthday. However, his big plans are to get folks together for some hard-core minigolf. There are a few courses that he recently discovered (which aren’t open for business just yet), so we’re holding off on the golfing part. God DAMN, sometimes this blog takes a lot of time. Just got done updating the pics from today, as well as the pics from the Gallery Hopping, last Friday. It’s not so much prepping the images and cropping them and whatnot… it’s just recapping everything, and adding thoughts and commentary. Sheesh. I’ve been at this now since about 9:30 PM….
