Múm

Chris and I headed to the Logan Square Auditorium to see Múm tonight. All ages, but despite that the place didn’t feel too terribly crowded (though we were close to the front and it got a bit tight).

As more people filed in waited for things to start, I noticed a big stack to the left of the stage. I joked to Chris about how I’d pay money to be able to climb up there and take a picture of the crowd. A few minutes later, I notice one of the sound guys (who Chris recognized from the Empty Bottle), climbing to the top of that stack to adjust some lights or something.

Of course, I made my way over and asked if he wouldn’t mind taking a photo (by the time I got to him though, he had gotten down). But nice guy that he is, he climbed back up and took this shot.

I tried to buy him a drink, but found out he doesn’t drink… so all I could do was say thanks again.

Shortly afterwards, I mentioned to Chris how much I’d like to have a million dollars.

I waited… but nothing happened. :|

Not sure what this is, but it sure does look cool.

Outside, after the show.

The Logan Square Auditorium is a cool venue. I’ve only been in here twice – once tonight, and once last August (both times, to see Múm).
