Portland Studios

God damn, I’m totally in love with this site. I’ve gone through all their sketches and looked over all the portfolio materials. They have a great body of work, and it’s the feel of it… the texture that I admire.

Looking through their work, I became nostalgic for children’s books. I want to write a children’s book again. I have this urge to do so seemingly every few months, and it passes and fades. Seeing these images makes me want to return to that era, that realm. I miss the days where I could pick up a book and the entire world would disappear… and another world appear in its place.

Definitely check out Portland Studios. The whole feel of the site is great, and the music fits perfectly.
