Call from Katie

Got a message from Katie today, who’s been out of state for a while now. I lost touch with her a few months back, but it turns out she’s going to be in Chicago this week.

Thursday, she’ll be in to the office and a bunch of us are headed out to lunch. She’s invited me out to a show Thursday night, which I’m kicking around. It’s Ted Leo and the Pharmacists; and while Katie talks a lot about music, Ted Leo is one that’s stuck out because of how much she raves about him. Guess we’ll see what happens Thursday.
