Myopic Poetry Series

I got a (very unexpected) email today, from the guy who runs the Myopic Poetry series. I sent in some work ages ago, and figured my stuff wasn’t their kettle of fish.

Turns out – there might (maybe maybe) be something in my future. He mentioned something possibly for “later this year,” so we’ll see. Don’t want to get my hopes up, but the idea of being able to read in front of an audience again is exciting beyond words.

I know I’ve said this before, but I’m a total egomaniac when it comes to my own writing. I’m pretty reserved about most things, but with the writing stuff… I’m a total famewhore. Reading my stuff in front of others again, after all this time? How fucking awesome would that be?
