Hot Dougs: Revisited
For lunch today, I headed out with Chris. In part, we discussed a project we’re working together on for work. And really, any excuse is a good excuse to go to Hot Dougs.

My first exposure to Hot Dougs was back in February, when Alex and Linda and Jenn were visiting. Ever since, I’ve been craving the place, amazed that something like a hot dog could taste THAT good. Granted, last time… I had a blueberry-infused venison dog. Part of me secretly wanted to have that again, part of me wondered how they could possibly top that memory.

You know how they top it? With alligator. THAT’S how they fucking top it.

A Chicago-style dog, Alligator sausage, and some fries. The alligator was absolutely incredible.
Wow. How many times in one lifetime do you get to say something like that? ![]()
