Impromptu Photoshoot

I was in the office today, and during one of my breaks – I walked over to the window and just stared at all the people walking by. This is a small ritual on the design side of the room – get up, stretch, walk to the window, and back to the desk.

Today, I noticed a small girl running across the sidewalk, heading towards Orleans. After getting about 30 feet away from her mom, I saw the mom then run after the girl, afraid she would run into traffic.

The mom eventually caught up, and the girl was fine. But in looking over, I spotted a small wedding party – going in and out of the street.

Turns out, they were posing for a quick photoshoot. I’m not sure what the photographer had in mind, but I watched as they waited for traffic to pass, then jumped into the street, then back out again.

Not terribly eventful, I know. But I was the only one in the office, and this was the most exciting thing I’d seen all day. So it goes.
