Plink: Collaborative Music With Chrome

Plink is a great sound experiment by Dinah Moe. Using a combination of Chrome, NODE.js and the Web Audio API… users are able to switch “instruments” and collaborate musically.

The notes are fixed, but there’s a lot of fun to be had with timing and simply messing around (it’s hard to make anything that sounds bad).

Reminds me a lot of Tone Matrix and the Tenori-On. It also reminded me of the very lovely In Bb YouTube Video project.
