Stainless: Slow Motion Video of Passengers Waiting for Trains to Arrive

While pulling in to to Grand Central Station, Adam Magyar shot high speed video of the passengers waiting to board. Slowed down, it’s amazing how clear and crisp everything is.

The video is both mesmerizing and unnerving to me, as it all feels a little unnatural. The ambient background music probably is feeding that unnerving part of my brain, I think.

While this is a shorter video, he’s got a longer clip in the same style, of a train pulling in to Shinjuku statation in Tokyo. Also worth checking out – the video Magyar’s website.
