Taking Down the Tarp
With a new (temporary) furnace going on the second floor, it was time to take down the tarp I had put up a long while ago to keep Liz’s sewing room a little warmer.
With the new furnace in place, keeping it isolated meant that it would register the room as warm – and then switch off. So removing the tarp made more sense, allowing it to more fully heat the whole of the second floor, before shutting off.
With the tarp gone, looking into Liz’s “office.”
Standing in what will eventually be the mater bedroom, looking into the guest room and our future office (where all our boxes our).
For now, it is a mess up here. But what I love about it is that it’s our mess. And it is glorious.
