Easter Weekend at the Christiana Lake House, Day 2
Woke up early-ish again, but… I guess that’s a relative term at the lakehouse. I was up before most, but found Uncle David in the kitchen on his laptop. We had another nice conversation, talking about politics and the state of the world over coffee.
Liz, decorating her cake with Peeps.
A parliament of Peeps.
Adding this photo to provide a sense of how large (and awesome) the kitchen counter/island was. It’s amazing to compare the kitchen now to what it was, when we first visited.
L to R it’s Aunt Beth, Uncle David, Brandon, Julie, Bob, and Liz.
Early Easter dinner, with ham, smashed potatoes, spinach salad, sauteed greens from Brandon’s student farm, and rolls (with cake for dessert).
