Be Happy

On my way to work, I paused near an intersection at Wabash to see this imperative: “By Happy!”

Looking around a bit more, I spotted the same message repeated – but in a different color (and a date).

From the looks of it, this was done by the same hand (looking at how the H and Y are shaped). But it did make me wonder if the inscriptions happened at the same time, or over the course of different days.

Regardless, this was a nice reminder in the days leading to a new year.
