Spotted this while walking to work. It’s been sitting in a nearby apartment complex lot for some time, at least since the Spring of this year. The windows have been open, and I think it’s seen more than one thunderstorm.
Not sure who the owner is, or whether they’re ever coming back. The weeds that had been growing underneath the car are now seemingly starting to grow through the car.
I’m not sure if all four tires are flat. But the fact that the two facing the street are flat make me wonder if the car pulled into this spot with those flat tires, or if it just happened gradually over time.
Weird to me that everyone involved seems more or less ok with this: the residents who use this private parking lot, the property managers who oversee the lot. And, I guess, the owner of the vehicle itself.
