Las Catalinas, Day 8: Lazy Day

Not sure I really remember much of the day, beyond just lazing around and reading.

The pattern of our days, in Las Catalinas, has been something like this: wake up, breakfast, reading for a while, get sleepy, possible nap, wake up and read a bit more, maybe swim, possible second nap, drinks watching the sun set, dinner, drinks post dinner, repeat.

In some ways, not having a phone/camera was nice. It didn’t bother me as much as I thought it would, but the times we went out on excursions… I definitely felt like something was missing. But rather than worrying about documenting things, I just tried to enjoy the days directly, as much as I could.
