Life Finds a Way

Of course, after recently watching Jurassic Park on Netflix… I couldn’t help but think of that classic quotation from Jeff Goldblum’s character.

Sadly, this is a view of the siding of our house. The orange/yellow thing is great stuff foam that we threw in, to protect ourselves over the winter. And the wood siding has taken on both water and seedlings, providing an apparently nurturing spot to grow.

It’ll be some time before we tackle the outside, but as you can see… we’re due for some replacements. It’s pretty to look at, but not so pretty to think about.
