Complex Relaxing
We were in bed tonight, settling in to a movie to end out the night. Liz was next to me, working on a knitting project.
Knitting is what she reaches for, to help unwind and relax after a day full of work and meetings and even more meetings. When I glanced over, I saw this.
To each their own, I guess – but this really doesn’t look relaxing to me in the slightest. How this provides any sense of ease or enjoyment escapes me.
Not sure why other people don’t relax like I do: after a full day sitting at the computer looking into a nightmare rectangle… I like to unwind by sitting at the same computer looking into the same nightmare rectangle (but staring at different things).
