Forgotten Man

Noticed this small figure, sitting on some blocks near the driveway. I was a bit surprised at first, as it almost looked to me like a voodoo doll of some kind.

I remembered that there was some basement work going on next door, and the prior owner’s father had a lot of old artwork down there.

It’s nice to think that this guy is seeing the light of day for the first time in long time. But the faceless nature of the figure, still gives me a little pause.
