No Alarms

Lately, over the last 4-5 weeks or so, I’ve been getting up in the mornings before my alarm goes off. In fact, I think it’s been something like 4-5 weeks where I’ve even heard my alarm go off. It’s weird.

I don’t know that I pop awake feeling rested, per se. I just seem to pop awake. And the moment my eyes are open, I’m pretty much getting out of bed. This averages around 6, 6:30. Sometimes a little earlier, always before 7AM.

I’m not overly preoccupied with anything. I’m not going to be earlier than usual. I just now seem to be on this streak where I’m consistently waking up before my alarm. To the point where I don’t even know if I need it anymore.

I’m not sure what it is. I get tired earlier in the evenings as a result of this, but I’ve just started to be awake at a set hour like… clockwork? See what I did there?
