CSS Puzzle Box

Blackle Mori has created a really incredible puzzle box – worth noting that this is all the more impressive, as it was done via CSS.

I haven’t gotten overly far with the puzzle, but didn’t want to post any spoilers. So you’re getting a glimpse of the puzzle in its default state. I will give you this one small hint: don’t bother with the numbers as your first step.

Super fun stuff, particularly for those who know a little front end. Having had more of an animation background… I feel like I should be better at CSS than I am. But I’m not – and anytime I have to style things, I’m impossibly slow. I have a lot of admiration for folks who are adept with CSS.

Random: every now and then, I’m saddened by the fact that A Lonely Square no longer exists on the Internet.
