Deer in the Distance

We’ve really been holed up inside the lake house for most of our time here. It’s been quiet and serene. But today, we ventured out to the local pantry to get a few essential supplies.

On our way out, Liz spotted a visitor in the distance. I couldn’t even see the doe, and had to have it pointed out to me.

There was another, younger doe about 20 feet away. There really are not a lot of folks around, and seeing wildlife so close to the property has been really fun.
