The View from the Office

Liz and I have a few days at the lakehouse to ourselves, as we arrived before the Holders are scheduled to be here. We’re still working, albeit remotely… and the two of us have set up our desks on the first floor.

It’s an odd thing, as Liz is 100% remote and I’m doing a hybrid thing (remote, two days in the office). So the fact that we’re “remote remote,” and away from our actual house seems… immaterial. Remote is remote, after all.

To say out view is better here is an understatement. Every time I get up to refresh my cup of coffee, I get to peek out the window and see this magnificent view.
