Masonite, Revisited
After pulling up the layers of protective Builder’s Paper and Masonite recently… it was time to put more down again.
We’ve got some folks coming to put in our windows, and I wanted to protect our floors during this process. It probably would have been fine to just throw a few sheets down by the windows… but after all this time, I’ve become extremely protective of our floors.
I ended up cutting custom pieces, to make some snug fits near the windows. And more or less tried to cover as much of the floor as I could. At the end of the day, I was able to make pretty efficient use out of a couple of full Masonite boards… and got a large percentage of the floor covered.
Looking forward to pulling this up again. Hopefully for the last time.
