Coldplay: Don’t Panic
I’m not quite sure why this very old song from Coldplay came into my head. But it showed up, and it’s not really leaving.
Despite them being a massively popular group, I think I only know a handful of songs. And in many cases, I recognize lyrics or musical notes… but wouldn’t be able to actually place the name of the song.
Case in point: “Don’t Panic.” I could hear the intro in my head, and a few of the words that were in the opening lines. But I had no idea what the song was called. And spent a bit of time looking through albums, trying to track it down.
All that we fought for
Homes, places we’ve grown
All of us are done for
It’s very odd, to have this very specific yet really vague memory of a thing.
