More Horses

On a recent Home Depot run, I got some 8×4 plywood cut down for use as backerboard (long strips we’ll install at the base of our walls, so we don’t have to go hunting for studs when we eventually install our trim).

While I was there, I picked up a few more 2x4s, to make another set of saw horses. Most of what we have are spoken for, as they’re currently holding up a lot of our trim.

A bit of a jig.

These horses are slightly better, but still not what I think of as quality work. For as many as I’ve made, you’d think I’d have this down by now. They function, but they feel sloppy. If I make any more, I think I need to revisit my whole approach.
