Daisy at the Salon

Daisy has… not been doing well, lately. She continues to struggle moving around, and the back half of her legs are losing strength. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is that she has difficulty going to the bathroom, and isn’t really able to relieve herself properly.

She does, but a lot of it gets onto her leg. And a result of that has been a lot of fur loss.

We’ve taken to giving her a light “bath” a few times a week. And trying to keep the area clean as best we can.

Tonight, after her bath, Liz sat with her and (slowly) dried her fur with a hairdryer. Her leg is rough, but we’re trying to keep her as clean and comfortable as we can.
