It’s about 1:47AM. Listening to Ella Fitzgerald and sipping on a beer. I’m not tired, but I should probably go to sleep before it gets too much later. Feeling like I could keep working on blog stuff more (been doing that all night), but I’m afraid that’ll keep me up for a few more hours….
Spent a lot of time tonight going through images. I should have most everything ready to go sometime tomorrow.
We hopped another cab, and tried to see if we could squeeze in a drink at Exit. No such luck – we got out to find that the bar was closing, and kicking everyone else out.
I had a great time at Matt’s birthday party. Met some good folks, and got into some great (albeit geeky) conversations. I didn’t end up taking a turn at Dance Dance Revolution, but expect an entry in the near future where I’ll be doing a little jig on that mat. There was some talk about…
Justin and I hopped a cab over to Matt’s neck of the woods (a bit farther north than we normally travel). The cab driver dropped us off at the wrong location, and we ended up hiking a bit to get where we needed to go. By the time we showed up, it was kind of…

Several people have suggested that I submit this to Found Magazine. Rest assured, it’s heading over there. :) On a side note, check out Found Magazine’s 3rd Anniversary Party.
Justin got a gig: he’ll be spinning on October 28!
Ok, so this one I have to brag about. Back when I was a kid, my grandparents had a pool table (which eventuallyfound its way to my parents’ house). Whenever we would visit my grandparents, all the cousins would naturallygravitate towards the pool table. I shot a lot of pool as a kid there. And…
Trent, who works downstairs at Artisan (and whointroduced me and Ben to“The Cadillac of Bolognas”), invited us out fordrinks after work. It’s a nice bar a short ways south of the Mart on Wells, called Tizi Melloul. Great interior, and definitely a fancy place. Trent seems to know a lot of the folks who work…
I was working on getting the images from this past weekend ready, but ended up getting sucked into this excellent PBS documentary that I chanced across: The Video Game Revolution.
