Funded in part by a generous grant from the Awesome Foundation (Chicago), A Poem From Us launched in April of 2012 to help celebrate National Poetry Month.
Visitors are encouraged to record themselves reading a favorite poem, and to share their videos and thoughts via the project website. Additionally, the project gives out (free) stickers, featuring the project name and a custom QR code. When scanned from a mobile device, a random poem from the site is displayed.
