So it’s official. Papers were reviewed by lawyers, plans were drawn up, papers were signed. We’re moving. Again. Time sure zooms by. It seems like we just moved out of our old space and just moved into our current digs. And now, come April (if we’re lucky), we’ll be moving yet again over to a new location at State and…

After grabbing a few items from woot.com, Chris decided to purchase this little guy: a Woot Monkey. Apparently, the thing launches in the same way that you would launch a slingshot, and emits a somewhat unsettling screeching sound. Kinda like it’s dying.

This is a pretty insular joke, but my coworkers have named Chris’ beard “Mr. Twiggles.” A while ago, Chris decided to just let his beard grow and grow for the winter. Soon after that, Matt set up a poll (using one of the polling apps we built for the radio stations) to let everyone pick a name for Chris’ beard….

Today marks the official soft launch of our division’s website. This has been the project that Chris and I have been working at, for some time now. It’s not quite ready for public viewing yet, but we did an internal launch today. Chris and I were both headed out around noon (we were taking a half day off, since we…

This requires some backstory. A week or two back, when we were all pulling some late nights, Ben decided to start doing portraits of people in the office. This typically happened either late at night (when everyone was gone), or right at the end of the day (before we started off the evening working). He first did Bryan’s portrait, then…

Time for another coin guessing game! This one’s from Matt again, who brought in a big pillowsack full of change. I’m not sure how he accumulates so much change, so quickly. I’m convinced that every day, after work, he buys a Slim Jim or something, just so he can get change. He seems to be building these stockpiles faster than…

In the spirit of Annual Experimental Peanut Butter Jelly Feastravaganza, I present to you our newest group-meal: Supercalifragilisticexpiali-DELICIOUS! Inspired by our recent outing to Cereality, Ben decided he wanted to organize our own take on the cereal smorgasboard. He proceeded to outline the rules (everyone brings one box of cereal, along with one topping) and managed the list of invites,…

Just starting this week, Nattaporn joined our group as our newest deeveloper. I guess, right now, it’s time for me to re-count all the “first photos” of everyone. Sandra joined our group a while back, but she didn’t want her photo on here… so I don’t have her. But I do have nearly everyone else’s. Let’s see… Allison’s first day….

Ok. Some backstory here. Trail’s End popcorn is the brand of popcorn that the Scouts sell, in order to raise money for local troops. But they just don’t go into selling popcorn cold – no siree bob. They have a training video. And in that training video? Actors. Or, should I say, students who excel academically and can recite lines….

Joining us in Chicago, Allison hails from Austin – where she’s been working as one of our webmasters, tending to several stations down there. It was cool to officially meet her for the first time, when we were in Mexico. She arrived in town a day or so ago, and has found a place in Wicker Park (right near the…
